For more than 35 years, Homeboy Industries has welcomed people who have been pushed to the margins - people who have been incarcerated, involved in gangs, and told, in countless ways, that they don't belong.

At Homeboy, we believe in meeting people with dignity, compassion, and the conviction that their past does not have to define their future. Our work is helping scale love and tenderness - creating the conditions for people to heal, reconnect, and imagine a different future.
